HobbyWise is operated by 5Line Ventures LLC. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use HobbyWise.
1. Service
HobbyWise provides organizational tools for hobby spending, inventory, acquisitions, labels, sales, and reports. It does not operate a marketplace, process show-floor payments, guarantee item availability, or guarantee the accuracy of user-entered records.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian permits your use.
3. Accounts and device access
Core Collector use can remain local without an account. A 5Line account is required for the web workspace and cross-device synchronization. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, account credentials, sessions, and exported files. Because a 5Line identity may be used by more than one 5Line product, deleting the identity can affect those products.
4. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple and renew according to the terms Apple shows before confirmation. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Eligibility for any trial or introductory offer is determined by Apple.
5. Your data
You retain responsibility for the records and images you enter. You grant HobbyWise the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, process, and display that information to you. Local-only data may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is lost or damaged, or operating-system storage is cleared. Synchronization is not a substitute for an export you control.
6. Synchronization
HobbyWise attempts to reconcile supported records across signed-in devices and the website. Network interruptions, conflicting edits, service outages, and software defects can delay or prevent synchronization. Review important inventory and financial records before relying on them.
7. No valuation or professional advice
HobbyWise does not provide market values, sold-price guarantees, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting services. Target prices and estimates are working records, not promises of what an item will sell for.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use HobbyWise for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the app or website.
- Attempt to access systems or information not intended for you.
- Copy, resell, or misuse HobbyWise software or branding.
9. Intellectual property
HobbyWise software, branding, design, and website content are owned by 5Line Ventures LLC or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
10. Availability and warranties
HobbyWise is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance. Questions can be submitted through the Support page.
